Every area is different, that’s why we like to send a shade technician out to see you and discuss options that are available. We have experienced installers who are able to recommend the most appropriate and safest shade solution to fit your needs. We may be able to give you an estimate over the phone, but for more complex jobs we would prefer to visit the site. Here we can chat about sizes, shapes and colours along with expectations of timing. Remember it’s better to get your shade sorted in the winter months so you are ready for the hot summer sun!
Our shade technicians are on hand for the design and installation of our shade structures. The entire process from consultation right through to the installation and after sales service is closely monitored to ensure an end result that you are 100% satisfied with.
To achieve the stylish appearance of our shade units, you need to start out with a sail that is properly made, is right for your location and of course installed correctly – these will stand the test of time. Our shade sails are made from knitted polyethylene, which gives you up to 99% UV block, depending on your colour of choice, and there are plenty of those to choose from! We also have 100% waterproof options available, ask us for more details.
Along with the functional design, our technicians will ensure that every sail is perfectly tensioned and secured.It is important to note that all fittings we use are stainless steel, and the tensioning wires are either stainless steel (shade sails) or fully galvanized (shade structures) for continuous maintenance free protection. The posts or framework structures are designed to be stable in high wind conditions and made from high tensile steel tube which can be powder coated to suit your colour scheme.
Often Council permits are required if the shade structure is over a certain size or height. If this is the case, we can arrange for the permit to be obtained from the appropriate Council for you. We can discuss this at the initial consultation.

When winter comes around you might like to have your shade sail taken down. Simply give us a call and we will arrange for someone to come out and do this for you, and then set a date to put it back up again before summer starts. We can also supply you with a sail bag to keep it clean and out of the way while it’s not being used.
We can also help you out if you need a sail replaced or repaired, even if it is not one of our own products we will be more than happy to assist.
